Can I order by phone?
Yes! We provide alternate order and payment methods – you can call us with your credit card information or send in a check as payment. This will slow down the order process, however, and ordering through our website and secure server is the best method.

Yes, of course! When you sign up as a Scraptique, Inc. member you

How do I use a Scraptique, Inc. coupon code?
It so easy to redeem a Scraptique, Inc. coupon! Just shop online
and place your items into the shopping cart. At checkout, enter the coupon
code in the coupon field. Your discount is automatically calculated and will
show in the upper right hand corner of your finalized shopping cart.

The Scraptique, Inc. website utilizes strict precautions and the

Currently, sales tax only applies to those orders that are shipped to
What happens if I order an out-of-stock item?
We’ll notify you of an out-of-stock item soon after your order is received. There are no additional shipping fees for out of stock items. Some of our items are very popular and sell out quickly. Please be patient - we’ll be sure the item gets to you as soon as possible. We have taken every effort to keep track of our inventory so if an item is out of stock, it probably will let you know when you try to order it.
How do I redeem a Scraptique, Inc. gift certificate?
It’s so easy to redeem a gift certificate! Just shop online as usual and
at checkout enter in your gift certificate number in the gift certificate
NOTE: Please be aware that partial gift
certificate redemptions are not allowed. Be sure to use up your entire gift
certificate. If you spend less than the gift certificate amount there are
no additional charges, but you cannot reuse the remaining amount. If you
spend more than the gift certificate amount you will only be charged the
balance of your order.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
We make every effort to ensure that are products are shipped out in excellent condition but there are occasions where an item is damage and therefore we want to make it easy for you to return a damaged item. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department at (239) 931-1266.
Once I’ve placed my order can I cancel it?
Orders placed with Scraptique, Inc. go directly to the system for immediate processing and it is unlikely that we will be able to stop the shipment process. If you need to cancel your order and it has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate that. Do you ship orders to international locations?
Scraptique, Inc. will ship your order to an international address BUT to purchase the items
you must use a credit card or money order drawn on US funds. If you have questions on international orders, please email

How can I track the shipment of my order?
Tracking your order is easy. Once a shipment is processed Scraptique, Inc. will send you an email
with a tracking number and your shipment can be tracked directly on the shipping companies website. You can also log into
your account to view the shipping status of an order.
What is the cost of shipping?
Scraptique, Inc. is pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00.
If you purchase less than that, shipping is calculated based on weight and distance and varies depending on your order. There
is a minimum shipment charge of $5.95. Our preferred mode of shipping varies based on the items purchased and distance we are
shipping to. We use the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx via ground service or home delivery making delivery time
between 4 and 6 days for most in-stock items.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days. You will be notified when your order has shipped and if there is
a delay with one of your products we will inform you as soon as possible.

What about items that are sent to undeliverable locations?
Please make certain that the shipping address information is correct on your order. Scraptique, Inc.

What are the benefits of creating a Membership account with Scrapbooks ‘N Stickers monthly club called Scraptique?
Becoming a member of the Scraptique has its privileges!
Once A Member – As soon as you sign up for our monthly kits, you will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password. You will use this to sign into your account whenever you wish to view your membership information or shop on line with us.
How Is My Order Processed – When you sign in to become a member of the Scraptique Monthly Page Kit Club, via our secure servers, your initial first month’s payment is processed immediately. Every month after that, for the length of your membership, you will be charged automatically on the 25th of each month.
If you sign up after the 15th of the month, you will begin with the following month’s kit, but also have an opportunity to purchase any past month’s kits if you desire to do so. Kits begin shipping on the first of the month and are shipped during that first week. It is our goal to ensure that all monthly kits are shipped out no later than the 5th of each month unless ordered after that.
When Does My Membership Expire? – That depends entirely on you! You can purchase a one time kit at the price of $34.95, a six month subscription at the price of $29.95 or a twelve month subscription at the price of $27.95. Your membership expires at the end of the time period you select, however, we will automatically renew at your original rate. This way, you can continue to receive our gorgeous kits without missing a single one. If you decide you would like to discontinue your membership, all you have to do is let us know. When your current membership expires, you will receive an e-mail notification letting you know that your membership is ending and that you will be renewed unless you notify us otherwise. This applies to six month and twelve month memberships.
When Am I Charged For My Kit? – All monthly kits are charged on the 25th of the month for the next month. Kits are shipped between the 1st and 5th.
Do I Get Color Copied Instructions? – Not only do you receive beautiful color copied instruction sheets that are 11” x 17” in size, you also get full written instructions and extra insert sheets if necessary to make assembly of your layouts a breeze.
Savings - You will have the opportunity to receive periodic discount coupons that we will only send out to Scraptique Monthly Page Kit Club members.
Product Updates - We’ll keep you informed on the latest products in our store as well as sale and clearance items when sending you out our newsletter on the 15th of each month.
How Can I Update My Address or Other Information? - You can update your account information at anytime. Simply log into “My Account” at the upper right hand corner of our site using your Username and Password and click on “Preferences” which shows up on the left side after signing in. Change the desired information and click “Update”.
How Can I Refer My Friends? - For every FOUR friends that you refer to our club, you will receive the next month’s kit free of charge! You must make sure that you have your friends put your name in the “notes” section of the checkout so we know who referred them and we will be happy to get you your free kit when you have four referrals sign up!
Easy Checkout - Speed up your return shopping experience by having your shipping and contact details stored in your member account so that there is less typing to do.
Can I Order By Phone and Pay By Check? - You sure can!! If you do not want to charge your purchases, you can mail us a check each month. It must be received by the 25th of the month in order to be sent out with our regular shipping processes. Just call our Customer Service Department at (239) 931-1266 and we will be happy to process that order for you via telephone.
Free Shipping – When adding products to your shopping cart throughout the month, you will be eligible for free shipping based on our $50.00 minimum purchase. Add to your monthly kit club and we will ship everything together at the end of the month with your kits. Your items MUST be added to your cart prior to the end of the 24th day of the month to be included with your next shipment.
Skipping A Month – With our Scraptique Monthly Page Kit Club, we understand that there may be a time that you may need to skip a month. You have the option of skipping ONE TIME throughout your membership. To do that, sign into your account and look at your “pending subscriptions”. There is a place to push a “skip” button and that will stop your kit being sent. It must be done prior to the 24th of the month.
What is my User Name and how can I retrieve my password?
Your username is always the email account you used when making your order. To retrieve a lost password:
- Click the “My Account” icon at the very top of the page.
- On the My Account page, click the “I forgot my password” link.
- Enter the email address you used for your account and click the Send button.
Your password will be mailed to your email address.
How do I unsubscribe from the Scrapbooks ‘N Stickers email list?
Scraptique, Inc. uses Constant Contact e-mail service to send our newsletters and updates. At the bottom of your e-mail, there is a link to unsubscribe. You can do so at anytime and you will be immediately unsubscribed.
